About Us

Cinanni Construction Ltd. began in 1979 under the leadership of Michele Cinanni, who was working as a stone mason for other companies from the time that he immigrated to Canada from Italy in 1959. Initially, the projects Michele focused on were repairs: mainly in concrete, masonry, and waterproofing foundations. Michele worked essentially on his own, until he retired in the mid 80s. Cinanni Construction remained intact but not functioning, until Michele’s son, Angelo, decided to start it up again in the early 2000s. Cinanni Construction resumed operations in 2004 under the leadership of Angelo, with a new focus on building envelope restoration.

What We Do

Cinanni Construction Ltd. is a boutique, full building envelope restoration company. Whether the work is 200ft below ground or 200ft above we can facilitate and complete any project, typically using all our own forces. Cinanni handles all types of concrete repairs in parking garages, foundations, balconies, cladding etc., as well as sealant, membrane, masonry, and railings repairs (including installations of new if needed).

The growing team has many demonstrated competencies, is comprised of members who are proficient in swing stage work, and investigation work.
